# userea.fun launch clone — clean-room reimplementation

This is a clean-room rebuild of the **userea.fun /launch** page: a pump.fun-style
memecoin launchpad whose trading fees fund an AI agent that reverse engineers a
target and rebuilds it as working code.

It reproduces the *behaviour* of the original launch page — the four-step
wizard, image upload, metadata preparation, Solana transaction signing flow,
wallet connection, live preview pane with phase tracking, and the fee-funded
agent narrative — with no proprietary code copied from userea.fun.

## What the original does (reverse-engineered findings)

## What this clone does

- Serves the same four-step launch wizard UI at `/launch`
- Accepts image upload, name, ticker, description, website, X handle
- Accepts target links (website, repository, app, package, contract, docs) plus an agent note
- Model picker with pricing (default: Claude Sonnet 5.5, $2 in / $10 out per 1M)
- Dev buy slider (0–2 SOL in this demo; original allows 0–50)
- Mock wallet connect/sign flow (standalone, no real Solana keys)
- Calls `/api/upload`, `/api/launch/prepare`, `/api/launch/submit`
- Shows a right-side preview pane: idle → preparing → signing → confirming → confirmed
- Phase tracker: Research → Reverse → Build → Shipped, with "Compute · waiting on fees · $0.00 left" until simulated dev buy/creator fees accrue

## How to run

The app is a single-file Express server (`server.js`) with the frontend
served from `public/`. No build step, no external wallet SDK, no real
blockchain — it simulates the signing/confirmation flow so you can click
through the whole wizard and see the preview pane advance.
